HOW IS THE EPIC ODYSSEY DIFFERENT THAN OTHER ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAMS?
We actually teach you.
That’s why we designed the first 90 Days as an Odyssey-- to teach you how to move with proper body mechanics as well as teach you the method behind the madness that is our Epic Interval Training system.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to wait to start getting fit. From DAY ONE we are also giving you awesome workouts daily.
All fitness levels are welcome.
And we aren’t just saying that, like some do.
We teach 3 levels for each movement. We also exclusively do Interval Training...this means we work on the clock, not for reps...and this means you can go at your own pace, for the given timing interval.
It’s only 16 minutes per day...and it works.
This program is designed by Cassidy Watton. Programming Director for Epic Interval Training. Cassidy has a background as a pro athlete in addition to her many years in the fitness industry. Cassidy used to workout for hours per day until she discovered EPIC.
Now she never works out for more than 30 minutes per day and shes leaner, happier and healthier...not to mention she has much more time on her hands. More on this theory in the 90 Day Odyssey.
